MECHANICAL GROUP:

1. Check and replace or clean fuel oil filters and strainers of the pump every six months.
2. Cleaning fuel oil filters and strainers use only gasoline oil.
3. Periodical inspection and maintenance of the V-Belt is needed.
4. Adjust the motor unit until the V-Belt tension is about 20mm by finger press.
5. Wash the dispenser (body) with a warm water and a mild detergent to remove greases and oil.
6. Check dispenser hose if free of cracked or distorted.
7. Repair any sign of fuel leakage on dispenser sides.
8. Lubricate meter gear box.

1. Cleaning of digitalPC logic board.
2. Checking of loose connections on logic console terminal lugs.
3. Check and clean the fluiorescent lamp illumination.
